At Hire A Host we employ, train, and hire out our staff and bartenders. We have the highest standards in the industry and require our hosts and bartenders to exemplify the following attributes; Extremely well groomed, friendly and outgoing, pro-active, efficient and able to multi-task, intelligent and able to make wise decisions, high level of communication skills, on purpose with their lives, honest and caring.

In addition they must complete and pass four high level training courses sponsored by Hire A Host.
